Everything here felt great, it was a very very good stay of my vacation. I enjoyed the venue and its lovely and magnificent setting.

our stay in downtown Gatlinburg was fantastic! The cabin was spacious, clean, and located right on the strip, perfect for shopping, dining. The showers were nice and we loved the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry facilities in the unit. Highly recommended for any traveler in Gatlinburg TN.

Our favorite place to stay! we get the same condo each trip. Always clean. Very convenient.(Across from TGI Friday's) Walk all over town. Grandparents, parents, and two grandchildren have plenty of space. Our balcony overlooks the strip.

Location, full kitchen with dishes/flatware, glasses, cups, ,pots and pans, toaster, blender, washer/dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, linens and towels furnished. Dish liquid, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags also furnished.

Room is beginning to shore some wear. Shower rod needs to be reattached, air unit tends to freeze up, loveseat has rip on arm, shower had mildew (had it last year, too). Needs to have a dining table that will seat six, also needs table or cabinet in main bath; no storage with pedestal sink. Would be nice to have a broom and dust pan for the kitchen.

This place is situated in a peaceful area close to the main street, the staff is friendly and helpful, and there are excellent mountain views and a fantastic pool.

The property at Summit Manor was clean and well-maintained. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was ideal, being within walking distance to attractions like Ober Gatlinburg and Starbucks. I especially appreciated the spaciousness of the condo, with ample room for everyone. The smart TV in the living room made accessing streaming services a breeze. The balcony provided a pleasant spot to relax. Parking was convenient and the elevators were quick. I would recommend Summit Manor Condominiums for a pleasant stay in Gatlinburg.

Conveniently located with comfortable beds. Parking and check-in were confusing due to lack of signs. Kids enjoyed the pool table and air hockey. Spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. Close to attractions and had an elevator for easy access to the street. a good option for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.

Location close to everything in Gatlinburg. Convenient to the parkway and right next to the convention center.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The condo exceeded my expectations - it was spacious and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was a real highlight, allowing me to cook my own meals and save money. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of everything and close to downtown. It was so convenient to explore this city from here. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had excellent facilities, including free Wifi and even Netflix. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to fault.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, as it is situated in the heart of the town, directly across the street from the tram. This makes it extremely convenient to explore Gatlinburg and its attractions. Additionally, the hotel is in close proximity to everything, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment options.

We stayed at a spacious condo at Summit Manor. It was perfect for our family, with separate rooms and a pull-out sofa bed. The dining table was a nice bonus for game nights and rainy days. The location, right next to the convention center, was great. The hill leading down to the street was steep, but the elevator by the pool made it easy to access. We enjoyed a peaceful stay and had a good night's sleep in this well-located condo. The king bed was comfortable, and the stacked stone fireplace added a cozy touch. The balcony provided enjoyable views, and the kitchen was exceptional.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
